Suggestions
- Discuss with the students the different types of transportation in our community. Make sure that they understand other types of transportation that might be in a large city(taxi and buses).
- Discuss with the students the typical jobs that are usually found in most communities.
- Talk to the students about the jobs in their community that are unique to this community.
- Make a bulletin board of their pictures of unique and typical jobs of their community.
- Refer to pictures in1-1.2 and go to link at the bottom of the page for pictures of communication and transportation.
